Bright House Networks

Scholarship

The Bright House Scholarship was established to provide scholarships to students from diverse backgrounds. This is a $1,000 non-renewable award for undergraduate students who have completed at least two (2) semesters of satisfactory work at USF.

Preference given to math, natural science and engineering majors.

Qualifications
The selection committee will choose recipients on the basis of the academic talent demonstrated by the applicant. The minimum academic criteria are as follows:

  • Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (4.0 scale) or higher is required
  • ACT minimum composite score of 25 or SAT minimum score of 1120
  • Applicants must hold standing in the top 25% of the class during the senior year in high school
  • Undergraduate, degree seeking student who has completed at least two (2) semesters of satisfactory work at USF
  • Majoring in engineering, math or the natural sciences
